1. Who we are

This website, CozyClever (cozyclever.us), is operated by Green Cat Studio LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, 1342 NM 333 STE C #1486, Tijeras, NM 87059, USA ("we", "us", "our"). Contact: hi@cozyclever.us.

By visiting our store or making a purchase you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to make a purchase.

3. Our platform

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms.

4. Products, prices and availability

We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, but colors and details may vary slightly from images. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse or cancel any order (for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or lack of stock); if we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

5. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. You agree to provide accurate, current purchase and account information.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

7. Product use

Use products only as described in their instructions. For food storage, follow standard food-safety practices: vacuum sealing slows spoilage but does not replace refrigeration or freezing.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this store (text, images, logos and design) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Reviews and messages

If you send us reviews, photos or comments, you allow us to use them in connection with our store. You agree not to submit anything unlawful, misleading or infringing.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in our policies and to the extent permitted by law, products and the store are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Cat Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of our products or store.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, please contact us at hi@cozyclever.us so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, unless the consumer protection laws of your state of residence give you the right to bring it elsewhere. You may also bring an individual claim in small-claims court.

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted here, with its "Last updated" date, applies to purchases made from that date.
